Senior F&B Operations Manager

The Senior Food and Beverage (F&B) Operations Manager at MacGregor Downs Country Club is a hands-on position responsible for overseeing all aspects of dining outlets and catering services. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, snack bar, and pool service to ensure efficient service delivery and maintain high standards of quality.
- Supervise staff, including training, coaching, disciplining, and reviewing performance to ensure optimal results.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase revenue, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance brand reputation.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and data to inform business decisions and optimize operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and stay ahead of industry benchmarks.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, liquor laws, and other applicable regulations to maintain a safe and responsible work environment.
- Foster positive relationships with members, guests, and vendors to build a loyal customer base and drive repeat business.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior management role within the food and beverage industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and enhancing brand reputation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of kitchen and banquet equipment, health department rules and regulations, and liquor laws and regulations.
- Experience with POS systems, inventory management, and other relevant software applications.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
