Customer Service Representative for Benefits

**Job Overview:**
Kelly Services Inc is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Virtual/Remote Benefits Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to plan participants via phone, email, and instant message.
Salary: $16.50 per hour for English speaking; $17.25 per hour if fluent in Spanish. A great schedule without weekends, allowing you to have a better work-life balance.

Job Description:
You will quickly build rapport with plan participants, responding to their inquiries in a compassionate manner. Your goal is to exceed expectations, respond accurately, and maintain professionalism during difficult calls. You will handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion in accordance with HIPAA and Data Privacy laws.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have your High School Diploma or GED, experience working in a customer service-related field, and a high level of attention to detail. Additionally, you should be able to type 30 words per minute and juggle multiple open computer windows while answering questions on the phone or through instant messaging.
