The Patient Service Representative will contribute to the success of our Revenue Cycle Team, serving as a one-stop solution center for patients to navigate and resolve account concerns. The ideal candidate will provide problem resolution, maintain positive relationships with patients and staff, and adhere to HIPAA laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide problem resolution from start to finish on patient accounts
- Maintain a positive relationship with patients and Revere staff
- Abide by HIPAA laws and maintain confidentiality
- Contribute to the success of the team and Revere Health
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Demonstrated success in problem-solving, follow-through, critical thinking, listening, and attention to detail
- Intermediate level of experience using MS Office, particularly Excel
- Preferred: Prior experience and understanding of medical billing and insurance services, ability to communicate fluently in Spanish
Working Conditions:
- Hours: 8:00am-5pm, Monday-Friday
- Pay Scale starts at $16.70 per hour, with potential increase based on knowledge and experience in medical billing or bilingual skills
