Academic Faculty Position in Radiology Informatics and Image Processing

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced researcher to join our team as an Academic Faculty member in the Radiology Informatics and Image Processing Laboratory (RIIPL) at Wake Forest University School of Medicine. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Artificial Intelligence (AI) for biomedical image analysis, computational neuroscience, and image processing.

**Responsibilities:**

* Conduct semi-independent research in the field of radiology informatics and image processing
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement AI-based solutions for medical imaging analysis
* Develop and teach courses in computational biology and bioinformatics
* Publish research findings in top-tier journals

**Requirements:**

* Doctoral degree (PhD) in computational biology, bioinformatics, or a related field
* Related prior experience with deep medical imaging or deep learning in medical applications
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
