Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Tea Connoisseur to join our team at Yaya Tea GRAND.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including teas, coffees, and specialty drinks.

You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and serve beverages to customers.
  2. Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries.
  4. Stock and maintain inventory of beverages and supplies.
  5. Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
