Instrumentation Program Engineer

The Instrumentation Program Engineer is a project management role responsible for managing instrumentation requirements on military and commercial engines in Development Assembly & Component Test.
Key Responsibilities- Manage instrumentation requirements and cost on engines and additional information requested through a Test Project Sheet (TPS)
- Interface with Instrumentation, Design, Systems, Assembly, Engineer, Evaluation, Test, Tooling, and Project Personnel, as well as the Hourly workforce
- Engage in activities to assist in the scheduling and execution of development engines while focusing on Integrity, Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Overall Cost Initiatives
- Interface with software tools such as IDS, IWS, eTPS, Open Plan, Digital Thread, Intelligence, Digital Workbench, VIS mock-up, and various access databases
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Manufacturing)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Production Process and Equipment
- Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain clearance
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to influence others and lead small teams

- Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
