Job Title: Customer Service Helpdesk Agent

At The Staffing Resource Group Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Helpdesk Agent to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our industry partners.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incoming phone calls from industry partners and provide timely and effective solutions to their queries.
  • Help users reset passwords and related application activity, ensuring seamless access to our services.
  • Answer questions from industry partners about the program equipment and supplies, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and services.
  • Review invoices and payment history with industry partners, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
  • Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Experience with Outlook and Excel is beneficial, but not required.
  • Cheerful and helpful attitude, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Dependable and punctual engagement, with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Strong data entry skills and ability to manage multiple screens during a call.
  • Experience working with tablet software and printer hardware is desired.
  • Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
