Job Overview

Kansas City Title, a leading provider of escrow services, seeks an experienced Escrow Professional to join our team in Indian Wells, CA. This is a dynamic opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide exceptional support to our customers.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and communication with clients and stakeholders. They will work closely with our team to ensure seamless execution of escrow transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Entry: Accurately input data into our escrow software program, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and package escrow instructions, documents, and other materials required for buyer, seller, or agent opening packages.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, lenders, title companies, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion of transactions.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform daily banking accounting, assist manager in locating errors, and fill out manual reports as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum of one year of previous escrow receptionist or assistant experience.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in computer applications.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $23.00 - $26.00 hourly, commensurate with education and experience.
