About the Role

This full-time position is responsible for managing customer interactions in our showrooms, ensuring a pleasant experience for all visitors. You will work closely with sales representatives and the sales support team to provide top-notch service and ensure seamless sales processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in selecting the right products for their needs, demonstrating features and benefits of Pella products.
  • Enter and update customer information in CRM and lead management software, primarily Salesforce.
  • Coordinate logistics of events held at showroom locations.
  • Support sales representatives and the sales support team with administrative tasks and quoting activity.

About You

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented individual with strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in various computer programs, including Microsoft Office and Salesforce, is essential. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
