Job Description Summary

Safely operate forklifts to manage product movement into inventory and onto or off trucks.
Ensure proper rotation and placement of finished goods.
Accurately label and package products for inventory management.
Verify that packaged quantities meet standards and quality expectations.
Load trucks with finished products for distribution.
Before loading products for shipment, confirm that packaging and pallets are secure and suitable for transport.
Complete daily documentation, including equipment inspection reports.
Requirements

Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent, along with at least one year of relevant work experience.
Ability to read and interpret loading slips, safety regulations, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
General computer skills or experience with ERP systems, including tablets and scanners, is preferred.
Adhere to all safety protocols.
Capability to follow both written and verbal instructions.
Mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and comprehension of units of measure.
Able to work any shift.
Capacity to lift up to 100 lbs.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
Preferences

Forklift certification.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
