We are seeking an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. As a successful State Farm Agent, we are looking for a qualified individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. Insurance experience is not required; we will train the person with the right skill set.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a State Farm Agent Team Member, you will receive a competitive base salary of $40,000 per year, plus annual bonuses based on performance. Key ResponsibilitiesThe Customer Service Representative will be responsible for:
- Establishing customer relationships and following up with customers as needed.
- Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Property & Casualty license (obtainable within 60 days of hire).
- A Life and Health license (obtainable within 60 days of hire).
- Completed State Farm Required Training upon hire.
- Bilingual language skills preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
