Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Clinical Research Coordinator Associate to join our team at Stanford University. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating clinical trials, managing research projects, and ensuring compliance with research protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate clinical trials from start-up to close-out, ensuring timely completion and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage research projects, including data collection, data management, and data analysis.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to identify and engage study participants.
  • Collaborate with principal investigators, research staff, and sponsors to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of case report forms, study documents, and regulatory submissions.
  • Monitor expenditures and adherence to study budgets, resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Participate in monitor visits and regulatory audits, ensuring compliance with research protocols and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1-2 years of clinical trial experience, preferably in a research setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and research protocols.
Working Conditions

This position may require occasional evening and weekend hours, as well as work in areas where hazardous materials and/or exposure to chemicals, blood, body fluid or tissues and risk of exposure to contagious diseases and infections may be present.
