Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Coupa Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our analytics and reporting capabilities within the Coupa platform.

We cater to both governmental and commercial sectors, providing a diverse array of services including Healthcare IT, Human Services, Identity Credentialing, Cloud Computing, and Big Data Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a subject matter expert in the design and development of Coupa Analytics reports.
  • Facilitate regression testing for new Coupa releases.
  • Document essential project deliverables, including requirements specifications, design documents, and test results.
  • Design, build, test, deploy, and support systems and processes while ensuring compliance with best practices in change management.
  • Collaborate with both technical and business experts to identify process improvement opportunities, streamline cycle times, and recommend enhancements aligned with industry standards.
  • Document process modifications, create training materials, and conduct user training sessions.
  • Ensure all documentation is thorough, up-to-date, and properly archived.
  • Assist in the review, prioritization, and testing of Coupa feature releases prior to deployment.
  • Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve system issues and process challenges.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related IT field, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for various applications and technologies.
  • Proficient analytical and development skills in Coupa Analytics.
  • Ability to configure, implement, test, and document solutions within the Coupa environment.
  • Experience in regression testing for upcoming Coupa releases.
  • Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in all interactions.
  • Experience working within Agile teams and familiarity with Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, research, and conceptual thinking skills to devise solutions for diverse needs.
  • Ability to navigate organizational culture and adapt best practices accordingly.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Workday is a plus.
