Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex tax engagements, including planning, consulting, and research.
  • Develop and execute tax strategies to drive growth and profitability for clients.
  • Mentor and coach junior tax professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored tax solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring that clients are informed and compliant.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • CPA, JD, LLM, or EA certification.
  • 8+ years of public accounting experience or equivalent in law firms or industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience preparing or reviewing accounting for income taxes in accordance with ASC 740.
  • Proven track record of managing relationships with large non-US companies with significant operations in North America.
  • Fluency in French, German, Japanese, or Mandarin.
