Responsibilities- Implement and coordinate patient care plans in accordance with physician orders and Aveanna Healthcare's policies and procedures.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and document care provided in a timely and accurate manner.
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians.
- Provide education and training to patients and their families on disease management, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Six (6) months of recent experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical care setting.
- Home health experience.
