Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our team at Metro Health NYC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients and their families.
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, handling phone calls, and processing patient information.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographic and medical information.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and external partners to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) and other software applications.
