About the Role
">We are seeking a skilled Clinical Advocate to join our team at Adventist Health. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding patients through the oncology care system, establishing contact with newly diagnosed cancer patients and/or family members or caregivers.
">Your Key Responsibilities

- You will understand clinical care options for patients and direct them to healthcare services within the organization, at outside facilities, and within the community for timely treatment and survivorship.">
- You will actively identify and address population and patient-specific barriers to care that might prevent the patient from receiving timely and appropriate treatment.">
- You will connect patients with resources, healthcare, and support services in their communities.">
- You will support physicians and interdisciplinary teams in facilitating patient care with the ultimate objective of enhancing the quality of clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.">
What We Offer
