Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a National Float Nurse. This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work a variable schedule, including days, mid-shifts, and nights. The successful candidate will provide coordinated medical and clinical nursing care to patients in our treatment centers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, utilizing the nursing process in accordance with established standards of care, policies, and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to provide a consistently therapeutic milieu for patients.
  • Float to other sites, as needed, based on patient volumes and staffing requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing training and continuing education opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
  • Multistate compact registered nurse licensure required.
  • Basic Life Support certification required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience working with patients in the mental health field.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certification.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification.
