Position Details:

  • Work Mode: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research, design, implement, and manage software applications.
  • Test and assess new applications, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Write and execute efficient, maintainable code.
  • Troubleshoot software issues and implement enhancements and improvements.
  • Develop quality assurance methodologies, deploy software tools, and establish processes and metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with other developers, UX designers, business analysts, and systems analysts.
  • Serve as a team leader on projects, guiding, assigning, directing, and reviewing the work of other developers.
  • Participate in the creation of software user manuals.
  • Consult with engineering personnel to evaluate software-hardware interfaces and develop specifications and performance requirements.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Expertise in Java, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Spring framework, Angular, shell scripting, and SQL.
  • 13 to 20 years of relevant experience in software development.
  • A degree from an accredited college/university in a relevant field. If the degree is not in a related field, an additional four years of relevant experience is required.
  • Ability to perform all functional duties independently.
  • Experience in leading a team of developers and managing software projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Special credentials (licenses or certifications) may be required on a case-specific basis.
