Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn about local agricultural practices and the construction sector.
  • Previous sales experience and knowledge of heavy machinery is preferred.
  • Understanding of CAT and related competitive product lines is advantageous.
  • Ability to comprehend and communicate basic financing options to customers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exemplary self-motivation and accountability.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as necessary.
  • Must maintain a clean driving record.
  • CDL is preferred or a willingness to obtain it within a specified timeframe.
  • Pre-employment drug screening will be conducted.
