Sibley Memorial Hospital, a member of Johns Hopkins Medicine, has a rich history of serving the community since its founding in 1890. As a not-for-profit and full-service community hospital, Sibley offers a wide range of medical, surgical, intensive care, obstetric, oncology, orthopedic, and skilled nursing inpatient services, as well as a 24-hour Emergency Department. Sibley's campus is also home to Grand Oaks, an assisted living residence; a medical building with physician offices and ambulatory surgery and imaging centers.

Job Summary:
  • The Diagnostic Sonographer is responsible for producing high-quality diagnostic information using sonography equipment and related diagnostic techniques.
Requirements:
  • Must have attended an approved school for Diagnostic Sonography or have equivalent experience accepted for registration with the R.D.M.S. Must be registry eligible and pass boards within one year of employment.
  • Current CPR certification required.

Shift: Full-Time (40 hours per week), Evening Shift, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Tues, Wed, & Thursday + Every Saturday & Sunday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM). Holiday and occasional call required.

Compensation: Minimum $36.47 per hour - Maximum $60.17 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
