We are seeking an Analyst with expertise in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) within the healthcare sector.

The ideal candidate should be familiar with benefits and various standards such as ASC X12 834, 820, 270/271.

Recent graduates with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

A Bachelor's degree is a mandatory requirement.

This position offers a long-term contract with a strong possibility of conversion to a permanent role.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience as Junior Business Analysts or Project Analysts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee National EDI Business Operations related to Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transactions by managing file implementations, reporting on status and volumes, and performing other operational tasks.
  • Conduct research and analysis on business operations inquiries, promptly escalating risks and issues to management.
  • Coordinate and implement membership EDI files for trading partners, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the process.
  • Ensure that the weekly project update report is accurately maintained by responsible parties.
  • Participate in meetings and document minutes for both internal and external discussions.
  • Support change management initiatives and business projects as required.
  • Perform additional administrative duties for the department as necessary.

Education Requirements: Minimum Bachelor's Degree required (preferably in Health Administration, Business, or related fields)

Experience: 1-2 years of related experience preferred

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Preferred Knowledge: Familiarity with ASC X12 834, 820, 270/271, Healthcare Operations, Project Management, Lucid Chart, Tableau, SPLUNK, Power BI

Expected Working Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM PST (8 hours a day, 5 days a week)

Interview Process: One interview with management, with a possibility of a second round if necessary.
