Construction Crew Member

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist construction teams with daily tasks, including preparing job sites, loading/unloading equipment and materials, and performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle/equipment inspections.
- Operate hand and power tools to perform manual labor tasks, such as excavation, demolition, and cleanup.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to company rules and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient project completion and high-quality results.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in confined spaces, extreme temperatures, and other challenging environments.
- Knowledge of hand and power tools, and willingness to learn new skills.
- OSHA certification and related safety training a plus.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility in personal schedule required.
