About the Job:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Supervisor to join our team at Gonzalez Asphalt Inc & Gonzalez Construction. As a Senior Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of concrete projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead concrete crews on various projects.
  • Plan and coordinate work with project managers, superintendents, and other team members.
  • Interpret project plans and specifications to ensure accurate execution of concrete work.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
  • Monitor progress and quality of work through daily job site inspections.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance crew skills and productivity.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in concrete construction, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Extensive knowledge of concrete materials, techniques, and equipment.
  • Proven leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
