Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Mercy Hospital Southeast. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.
Job Summary:The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing patient needs, and developing individualized care plans. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in the electronic medical record.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
- Current RN licensure in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.
- One or more of the following certifications may be required based on the position/unit hired to: ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, BLS, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., Six Assessment & Care Modules, C-EFM.
