Job Summary:We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Emergency Department. As a key member of our healthcare team, you'll provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure clear understanding of patient needs and care plans.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
- Current RN licensure in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.
- One or more of the following certifications may be required based on the position/unit hired to or acquisition of certification within department required timeframe: ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, BLS, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., C-EFM.
