Job Summary

Ferguson Enterprises is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst - Marketing Analytics to join our team. As a key member of our Marketing department, you will play a crucial role in helping marketers improve the efficiency of their strategies and make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and experimentation to measure the effectiveness of Marketing initiatives
  • Utilize SQL programming skills to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various databases and sources
  • Build complex reports and dashboards using Power BI to uncover insights and guide strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with partners to set up tests and measure the relationship between variables
  • Scope out Business Analytics needs and define data structures for reporting
  • Analyze cross-channel, customer, and transactional data to determine the value of Marketing efforts
  • Conduct quantitative campaign performance analysis and make optimization recommendations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field such as Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Mathematics
  • 4+ years of experience solving high-impact problems with data
  • Expert-level skills in writing complex SQL queries
  • Proficiency with Power BI and DAX
  • Familiarity with database management systems and data warehousing concepts
  • Expert knowledge of Excel
  • Prior experience with Python and predictive modeling is a plus
