Key Responsibilities- Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing a positive first impression of our dealership.
- Consult with customers to understand their vehicle service needs and issues, providing accurate and transparent communication throughout the process.
- Schedule appointments for service and repairs, ensuring efficient use of technicians' time and resources.
- Provide accurate estimates and quotes for services and repairs, ensuring customers are informed and empowered to make decisions.
- Act as a point of contact for customers throughout the service process, keeping them updated on the status of their vehicle and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Communicate recommendations for additional services or repairs needed, providing customers with options and solutions to meet their needs.
- Generate and explain invoices to customers, including a breakdown of service costs, ensuring transparency and clarity throughout the process.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain open communication with service technicians, ensuring they understand the customers' needs and concerns, and that work is completed to the highest standards.
- Continuously strive to exceed customer satisfaction goals and improve overall service experience, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with MS Office Suite and dealership management systems.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
We offer a competitive salary range of $4000 to $8000 per month, paid biweekly, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan with company match, paid time off and holiday pay, and opportunities for career advancement within the Jones Auto Group.
