About the Role

Atlantic, Hall, and Russel is seeking a highly motivated and organized BDC Sales Coordinator/ Internet Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for effectively communicating with customers who are in the market for a vehicle through phone calls, email, chat, and text.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling Internet Sales Leads— with a focus on scheduling Sales Appointments for our Sales Department
  • Utilizing Sales Phone Scripts for Outbound/Inbounds Calls
  • Utilizing Objection Techniques
  • Following all Internet Lead Handling processes and procedures
  • ACHIEVING Daily Outbound Call Goals ( 75+ calls minimum, a day)
  • KPI Performance Appointment Goals
  • Follow up with customers who have visited the dealership
  • Assists in other areas when needed
Requirements
  • Self-motivated individual with strong initiative
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Adept at multitasking while paying close attention to detail
  • Goal-oriented with proficient skills in Excel and computing
