Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Manager-In-Training. As a MIT, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with our company, developing the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in training and quality control of staff
  • Learn and perform the job assignments of housekeeper, heavy housekeeper/floor tech, and laundry worker positions
  • Develop leadership skills and learn to provide guidance and support to staff
  • Maintain records and complete reports as required
  • Utilize protective gear and follow safety protocols
  • Provide excellent customer service and resident experience

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic computer skills and ability to maintain records
  • Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds and stand/sit for extended periods
  • Compliance with COVID-19 Vaccination Policies
