Role Summary: The Logistics Shipping Specialist is essential in selecting products, organizing them on pallets, and preparing them for dispatch. The ideal candidate should possess experience in warehouse operations and shipping, be adept with computer systems, and have forklift experience.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
- 2nd Shift: 3 PM - 1:30 AM (Monday to Thursday)
- Overtime opportunities available on Fridays
Compensation: $22/hour (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive orders and accurately gather the necessary products and quantities, ensuring they are properly palletized for shipment.
- Utilize a mobile application to identify the products required for pulling.
- Input data into the computer system post-pulling and generate shipping labels and documentation.
- Ensure timely and accurate shipment of orders in accordance with customer specifications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to work safely around chemicals.
- Proficient in basic computer operations.
- Experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
- Willingness to adapt to various shift schedules as needed.
- In-person interview is mandatory.
