- Provides Patient Care Support: Assists patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility, while maintaining a safe and clean environment.
- Maintains Unit and Patient Records: Completes and maintains accurate and up-to-date records, files, and documents related to patient care, admissions, surgeries, transfers, and discharges.
- Supports Administrative Tasks: Prepares reports, purchase orders, and other documents using computer programs, ensuring efficient workflow and data management.
- Provides Excellent Customer Service: Greets visitors, answers phone calls, and responds to patient requests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive patient experience.
- Maintains a Safe and Clean Environment: Cleans patient bedside units, nursing areas, and equipment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience: Less than 1 Year of Experience
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
