Staff Pharmacist

• Lead and direct pharmacy operations, ensuring seamless delivery of patient care services
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care programs, promoting health and wellness
• Manage and oversee pharmacy staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining high standards of patient safety and quality care
• Develop and implement strategies to improve patient engagement, satisfaction, and health outcomes
• Contribute to the development of business plans and initiatives, driving growth and profitability

• Active pharmacy license in the state of employment
• Immunization certification through an accredited organization
• Minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to drive results and improve processes
