Role Responsibilities:

The Quality Assurance Coordinator will:

  • Examine raw data and generate comprehensive reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to support leadership in project management.
  • Ensure adherence to regulations and guidelines related to state and local policies as well as WIOA laws.
  • Verify data requirements and maintain accurate information.
  • Assess personal and financial data for verification purposes.
  • Identify compliance concerns that necessitate further investigation or follow-up.
  • Revise standard operating procedures and quality assurance documentation.
  • Collaborate with management to determine training needs, including projected milestones and deliverables.
  • Organize and conduct training sessions for staff.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • An Associate's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Knowledge of WIOA laws, regulations, and guidance, along with state and local policies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and its functionalities.
  • Strong analytical abilities and effective communication skills.
