Job Title: Head of Compliance and Quality Assurance

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Compliance and Quality Assurance team. As the Head of Compliance and Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive compliance risk management program that ensures the bank's compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a compliance risk management program that aligns with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Lead the Compliance and Quality Assurance team in conducting regular risk assessments and monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with senior management and other stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance policies and procedures.
  • Identify and mitigate compliance risks and develop strategies to address them.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as law, finance, or business.
  • 10+ years of experience in compliance and risk management, with a focus on financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
