Job Title: Healthcare Construction Project Manager

Cannon Building, a leading general contractor, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful delivery of healthcare construction projects in the San Diego area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex healthcare construction projects, ensuring timely completion, within scope, and budget.
  • Lead project teams, manage client relationships, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, coordinating with stakeholders and team members.
  • Monitor and control project costs, schedule, safety, and quality, providing leadership in the completion of the project.
  • Collaborate with Superintendents, Project Engineers, and other team members to ensure project success.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in project management, specifically in healthcare construction.
  • Extensive experience with design-build projects, with a DBIA certification a plus.
  • OSHPD/HCAI experience required, with a strong understanding of healthcare construction regulations and standards.
  • Proven track record of managing technically complicated projects, with a focus on quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize project objectives.
