Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a dynamic and supportive work environment. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing direct therapy to clients with speech, language, and communication disorders.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose and identify speech, language, and communication disorders in clients.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address client needs and goals.
  • Provide direct therapy sessions to clients, either individually or in groups, to improve communication skills and address specific disorders.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and client progress.
  • Stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • State licensure and ASHA certification preferred.
  • Experience in clinical or educational settings is advantageous.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
