The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center, a leading healthcare provider in Maryland. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Assess patients and develop individualized care plans
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current RN licensure with the Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in Emergency Services or acute care
- BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications within 6-12 months of hire
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred
