We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Department Nurse to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Job Summary:
The Emergency Department Nurse provides direct patient care to patients in the emergency department, ensuring that their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met. This includes assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients and develop individualized care plans
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in emergency services
- BLS and ACLS certification
- PALS and Hazmat certification within one year of hire

The new Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center features state-of-the-art design and technology, with 29 private treatment rooms and a comfortable waiting area. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and a positive work environment.
