Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a tractor-trailer combination safely and efficiently, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Transport goods and materials across the lower 48 states, ensuring timely delivery and excellent customer service.
  • Meet or exceed performance standards, including mileage, fuel efficiency, and on-time delivery.
  • Participate in pre- and post-trip inspections, maintaining a clean and well-maintained vehicle.
  • Collaborate with dispatchers and other team members to optimize routes and schedules.
Requirements
  • 12 months of recent tractor-trailer driving experience (without a trainer)
  • Valid Class A CDL license
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
Benefits
  • Competitive pay rate of $0.52 per mile
  • Light unload opportunities
  • Home weekly, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends as needed
  • Stop pay and unload pay
  • Average weekly mileage of 1250 miles
