At ST2 ManTech Advanced Systems Intl, we're seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Functional Expert Consultant to join our team in the Hill AFB, UT area. As a key member of our diverse team, you'll help protect our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Utilize functional area expertise to assess the operational and functional baseline of an organization and its components.
  • Work with senior managers and executives to provide industry vision and strategic direction.
  • Guide the determination of information technology inadequacies and/or deficiencies that affect the functional area's ability to support/meet organizational goals.
  • Generate functional area strategies for enhanced IT operations in a cross-functional area mode throughout the organization.
  • Participate in account strategy sessions, strategic assessments, and design reviews to validate enterprise approach and associated work products.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 9-12 years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • May lead and direct the work of others.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree.
  • Experience with F-16, A-10, or T-38.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Active Secret clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and/or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $76,400-$127,300.
