SoC Characterization Product Engineer

About the Role
Craft sophisticated solutions to complex challenges as part of our Silicon Technologies group. Help design and manufacture high-performance, power-efficient processors, system-on-chip (SoC).
Responsibilities
- Perform data analysis, characterization, and fault isolation to resolve root cause of issues.
- Correlate between ATE and different hardware setups.
- Partner with design, process, and test engineers to identify and implement corrective actions.
- Define and finalize production screening guard-band specifications.
- Perform statistical data analysis on mass data sets.
Requirements
- BS and a minimum of 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Semiconductor Manufacturing Process and Electronic Engineering Fundamentals.
- Experience in system level/mother board characterization and data collection.
- Expertise in programming with Scripting languages (i.e., PERL, Python).
- Knowledgeable with test equipment (i.e., oscilloscope, logic analyzer, etc.).
