About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Team Manager to join our team at Justworks. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and train high-performing salespeople who embody our company values and sales methodology
  • Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members, delivering regular reviews and feedback
  • Lead and schedule weekly team meetings with sales team and leadership, ensuring alignment and progress towards goals
  • Track sales team metrics and report data and forecasts to leadership on a regular basis, informing strategic decisions
  • Coach and develop direct reports, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential
  • Implement performance plans according to company procedure, ensuring accountability and growth
  • Embody company culture and maintain high sales employee engagement, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Meet predetermined team goals through the activities of direct reports, driving sales growth and revenue
  • Ensure correct usage of CRM and other sales applications, optimizing sales processes and efficiency
  • Work with sales leadership to generate ideas for sales contests and motivational initiatives, driving engagement and motivation
  • Collaborate across teams to support closing new business, ensuring seamless communication and execution
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years in a sales representative role, with a proven track record of success
  • Minimum of 2 years or more of prior sales management experience, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with sales team members, leadership, and customers
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies
  • Familiarity with forecasting, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Growth-mindset, with a passion for learning and self-improvement
  • Hardworking, persistent, and dependable, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
What We Offer

We offer a competitive base wage range of $155,500.00 to $171,050.00 per year, based in San Francisco. We are committed to providing a positive and supportive work environment, with opportunities for growth and development.
