Job Summary and Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will deliver direct patient care in accordance with the Registered Nurse Practice Act. Key responsibilities include:
  • Conducting thorough assessments and reassessments to identify patient needs.
  • Creating and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Administering medications and monitoring vital signs while documenting patient conditions accurately.
  • Educating patients and their families as part of a multidisciplinary care approach.
  • Providing care for a diverse patient population, including those with cardiac conditions, respiratory issues, and neurological changes.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
  • Current Registered Nurse licensure.
  • An Associate Degree in Nursing.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification, with additional certifications required within 30 days of hire.
