Role Responsibilities and QualificationsAs a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care in accordance with the Registered Nurse Practice Act. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing, planning, and evaluating patient care needs while executing physician orders.
- Administering medications and monitoring vital signs, ensuring adherence to individualized care plans.
- Documenting and communicating patient conditions effectively using electronic systems.
- Educating patients and their families as part of a collaborative care team.
- Caring for patients with various needs, including those recovering from cardiac procedures, requiring respiratory support, or experiencing neurological changes.
- Valid Registered Nurse license.
- Associate Degree in Nursing.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification within 30 days of hire.
