As a skilled construction professional, you will play a vital role in maintaining the quality and integrity of our resort-style continuing care senior living communities.

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Master Carpenter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for all basic functions of construction, including demolition, cabinetry, metal and wood framing, drywall, finish trim installation, window and door installation, siding installation, and many other aspects of construction.

**Responsibilities**

  • Operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, and other equipment
  • Maintain a high level of work quality and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure project completion

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Apprenticeship in carpentry is strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in construction or maintenance related field
  • Understanding of blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
  • Knowledge of building codes and safety requirements (OSHA)
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
