Lead Academic Counselor

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lead Academic Counselor to join our team in Lancaster, PA.

Compensation: The salary for this position is estimated to be around $80,000-$100,000 per year, depending on experience.

As a Lead Academic Counselor, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify students' strengths and areas of need.

You will develop and implement individualized behavior management plans for students, providing counseling services on an individual and group basis.

You will collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to address students' academic and social-emotional needs.

In addition, you will participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide recommendations for special education services.

• Masters degree in School Psychology or related field required.
• PA School Psychologist license or ability to obtain one necessary.
• Previous experience working as a School Psychologist preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills essential.
• Ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds and with varying needs required.
