Job Description:
You will be responsible for following designated care plans, making home visits, administering medication, performing wound care, treatments, and procedures as needed. You will also monitor clients' conditions, reporting changes to our Clinical or Client Services Manager. Your expertise will help ensure clients receive the best possible care in the comfort of their own homes.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need a current license as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania, a minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical experience, and strong interpersonal skills. You should also be able to travel to cases as assigned. Prior home care experience is a plus but not required.
