Your contributions will significantly impact our clients' progress and overall health.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Perform client intake evaluations and assist in formulating personalized treatment strategies.
  • Lead or co-lead group and individual therapy sessions under the guidance of a licensed counselor.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client records, including progress notes and treatment strategies.
  • Work in partnership with the clinical team to provide a comprehensive and integrated approach to client support.
  • Inform clients and their families about substance use disorders and the recovery journey.
  • Comply with all regulatory standards, including HIPAA and Title 42 CFR Part 2, ensuring the utmost confidentiality of client information.

Required Qualifications:

  • Certification: Current CDCA certification from the Ohio Chemical Dependency Professionals Board.
  • Experience: Background in a behavioral health or substance use treatment environment is advantageous.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
    • Empathetic and compassionate demeanor towards client care.
    • Capacity to thrive in a collaborative team setting.
    • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
