Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
  • Provide case management and coordinate with other healthcare professionals.
  • Educate clients and families about substance use disorders and recovery strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Valid LCDC license in the state of Ohio.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in substance use counseling or related field.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work within a team, and proficiency with electronic health records (EHR).
